北京– 阳川环境公司选择配备艾里逊全自动变速箱的垃圾车,旨在加速性、车辆控制及生产力等方面得以提升。此次是阳川环卫在其车辆中首次配备艾里逊变速箱产品。
垃圾车不仅需要能够承受重载,还需要经受频繁起停的运行工况,日复一日而不能发生故障。这些挑战给使用手动挡卡车的清洁服务提供商带来了技术难题。因此,这家清洁服务提供商选择了艾里逊全自动变速箱。
艾里逊自动变速箱专为严苛的应用而设计,通过获专利的变扭器技术取代易磨损的起动离合器,以实现无与伦比的可靠性,提高运行时间并降低维护成本。

Bang表示,手动挡垃圾车的盘式制动器在上坡或下坡行驶时,经常会由于车辆重载而损坏。而艾里逊变速箱的预降挡功能防止车辆在下坡时超速行驶和刹车过热。
“由于垃圾车的驾驶员必须在短时间内行驶到诸多地点,因此他们更加偏爱于能够实现高生产力的全自动变速箱,”艾里逊变速箱韩国区域总监Kyoungmee Lee说道,“由于全自动变速箱能够降低维护成本,而倍受环境公司的青睐。”
